3. Develop an in corp capability to operate as a fleet doing incursions independent of other corporations joining our fleet.
4. Get on with the pew, when we choose, with who we choose, on our terms, through evasion, tactics, intelligence, subterfuge, and tons of DPS.

These are our stratagems’, our plans', our goals'. There will be no officers. There will be no diplomats; your responsibility is to yourself, and the gang your flying with. We are gypsies following the isk, so if you have a "home" turf your entrenched to, you might want to reconsider.
